5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. Oud Valley may adjust pricing at any time. We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where available).

6. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. This email does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Pakistan and select international regions. Delivery timelines and charges are shown at checkout:

• Local Delivery: 3–5 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (where available)

Orders are securely packaged for safe delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days with photos. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
